Our Leader

Our organization is lead by Lance Schnell. He came to us with more than 20 years experience building, implementing, and supporting enterprise systems. He's held a variety of role along the way, including technical support, SQL developer, business analyst, project manager, and even business owner.

Lance describes himself as an entrepreneur at heart - having had a few businesses of his own with varying degrees of success. Looking back on his career, our humble leader says he has learned more from his failures than his successes. And as his team will attest, Lance works tirelessly to instill that experience and knowledge into his team - believing mistakes don't need to be experienced first-hand to learn something.

With nearly 10-years experience in the Retail Mortgage space, Lance has managed the setup, expansion, relocation, and closure of more than 1,157 branch offices, and the on-boarding of nearly more than 5,000 MLOs. He is uniquely equipped with a fundamental understanding of this space and what it takes to be successful.
